Jan Hall founded the JCA Group in 2005 and is respected as one of Britain's leading Executive headhunters. She was recently responsible for the appointment of Marc Bolland at Marks & Spencer and Carolyn McCall at easyJet.

Prior to this she was a senior partner at Spencer Stuart, a global search firm, for eight years between 1997 and 2005. She was made an OBE in 1996 for services to the Department of Trade and Industry.
