It's official: you aren't getting enough sleep
The Royal Society for Public Health is warning that people in the UK are under-sleeping by an average of almost an hour every night - which amounts to losing an entire night's sleep over the course of a week. The RSPH which represents around 6000 health professionals is calling on the Government to introduce national sleep guidance because losing sleep can affect your health.
