Tickets are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per person, per day, per card. Tickets cost £18 per person (+ £4.50 booking fee). Refunds will only be considered if the event is cancelled or postponed and this would be for the ticket itself and not the booking fee.
You can, subject to availability, purchase tickets for a second day, or second location, once your first transaction has been completed. You can also purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else; however you will only be able to book up to four tickets per day. Any bookings over this limit will be cancelled, without return of booking fees. If you apply on behalf of others for tickets reserved for those in the local area, we may request proof of residence before sending tickets
No more than five transactions across all BBC Music’s Biggest Weekend events will be accepted on any one credit card.
The tickets will be divided into three ‘pots’:
- Pot 1 - 45% of tickets will be reserved for those who live in the areas covered by Belfast City Council.
- Pot 2 - 40% of tickets will be reserved for residents living in the rest of Northern Ireland.
- Pot 3 - The remaining 15% will be unreserved.
To secure tickets from Pots 1 or 2 customers will need to enter the postcode of their home address at the time of purchase. Customers will also be asked for the billing address of the credit card used to book tickets, and further checks will be made to verify details. If the card is not registered at the address / postcode used when applying for tickets from Pot 1 or 2 customers will be asked for proof to verify that they are a resident of the respective area for each Pot. Anyone breaking the rules and regulations governing the ticket application process may have any purchased tickets cancelled without notice.
Pots 1 and 2 will be in operation for 7 days until midday on Monday 19th February at which point any tickets left in these Pots will be put on general sale for anyone to purchase.
The Booking process for all of BBC Music’s Biggest Weekend events will be handled by Ticketmaster. Tickets will be posted out if purchased online or over the phone. Should they fail to arrive by a set date you will be able to contact Ticketmaster and order replacements for collection on the day, but you will be required to provide proof of residence at the address given when applying - this is to stop people using false addresses when applying. Replacement tickets are not guaranteed and will be issued at the discretion of BBC Music’s Biggest Weekend.
A limited number of tickets will also be sold over the counter via Ticketmaster Outlets – a list of which is available via the BBC Music’s Biggest Weekend “Ticket Information” pages. These outlets will be allocated 15% of tickets from pots 1 and 2.
