Meet the team

Kate Humble

Kate Humble is a writer and presenter.

She’s hosted many different TV series, mainly on wildlife and science. Most recent broadcasts range from Arctic Live to the gameshow Wild Things and Building Cars live...

Kate is a passionate animal lover and has a farm in the Wye Valley. Dogs are her first love, and inspired by her Welsh sheepdog Teg, she’s recently written a book A Friend For Life focusing on their relationship with people.

Kate’s also a prolific traveller and cares deeply about conservation. Between juggling her busy farm life and broadcasting requirements she likes nothing more than escaping to her bolthole in France.

Patrick Aryee

Patrick is a biologist, and worked behind the scenes as a researcher before becoming a presenter on a range of wildlife TV programmes.

Recent series include Cats: an Amazing Animal Family on Sky1 and Supersenses on the BBC.

He’s particularly interested in everything technical and his mantra is…"let’s get the lab into the field." Whilst out filming there’s nothing more Patrick enjoys than 'filming the filming'.

He goes nowhere without his selfie stick!

Casey Anderson

Based in Montana in the USA, Casey's passion is wildlife, particularly grizzly bears.

That love affair began when he worked in his 20s as a curator at a wildlife park. He rescued a grizzly cub called Brutus and founded a bear sanctuary outside Bozeman, Montana where Brutus still lives.

Casey's aim is to introduce as many people as he can to wild animals and places. To do that he runs a wildlife film company, hosts nature shows, spearheads the grizzly sanctuary, and spends every waking minute seeking elusive wildlife.

Charlie Hamilton James

Charlie Hamilton James is an award winning wildlife photographer and film maker.

He and his family live in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where he loves skiing, floating down the river that runs behind his house, and working in nearby Teton National Park where he's often found photographing one of his favourite animals in the world - otters.

Charlie began his career on the David Attenborough series 'Trials of Life' and has since presented and filmed for numerous natural history programmes including Springwatch, Halcyon River Diaries and the Natural World.

His aim is to show how incredible nature is, in order to inspire people to understand and protect the environment. Charlie owns his own 100 acre piece of rainforest in Peru.

Jeff Hogan

Jeff Hogan lives in Yellowstone in the USA.

He has been filming and photographing wildlife around the world for over 30 years. He particularly loves birds of prey and beavers.

Living at the doorstep of both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, Jeff often photographs and films wildlife behaviour rarely seen.

Bringing these images and stories to the screen is Jeff’s goal, with the understanding and hope that people will respond with a desire to conserve, protect, and treasure our incredible natural world.
