How to pimp your dating profile, by Jade from Little Mix

Jade Thirlwall from Little Mix is happily coupled with Jed Elliot from The Struts, but that doesn't mean she doesn't know a thing or two about dating.
Jade phoned the Radio 1 Breakfast Show to offer some dating advice to Nick Grimshaw, but there's something for all of us to learn in her wise, wise words.
She was sharing advice on what your profile song on Tinder says about you. Here's what we can all learn from 1/4 of the UK's hottest girl group.
1. Jade hasn't used dating apps, but Perrie Edwards has
Did you know there is a dating app for famous people? If not, that's probably because you're not a famous person.
"Perrie has been on before and she says that's quite good," says Jade.
Our FOMO levels are peaking already.
2. If you have a song on your Tinder profile, don't be too extreme
No one likes a slutty selfie and the same goes for your song choice.
"It depends what you're after - are you feeling Dirrty Christina Aguilera vibes or are you feeling Endless Love by Lionel Richie," she says.
"I think a song says a lot about what you're after.
"Maybe a happy medium, so you're a little bit sexy but you're also fun and carefree."

3. Try not to be too sassy
Little Mix are the undeniable queens of sass, but that doesn't mean it should spill over onto Tinder. No Scrubs by TLC is a no-no.
"It's got quite a bit of attitude but do you want people to think that you know what you want and they have to have a bit of moolah, because that's what No Scrubs is about," says Jade.
"I do like TLC though, because it's quite chilled and cool."
So that's a no then.

4. Represent yourself with your song choice
If you're relevant, cool (and maybe a little hairy) then Kings Of Leon are a good choice. Temple for instance.
"KoL are really relevant right now and they're doing really well. It's a metaphor for yourself," she says.

5. Try and make potential dates laugh
"If I was on an app and I had to pick a song, i'd probaby pick a banter song," she says.
"Something more fun, i'd pick. Nothing too raunchy, you don't want to come across as too provocative.
"Supermassive Black Hole by Muse is a good one to be honest. It is a bit banter-y, and it'll make someone laugh if they go on your Tinder.
"If you have a really hot picture, they'll think you're really hot and that you've got good banter."

"I really hope I've helped," says Jade.
We're TBC on that at the moment, but we appreciate all the advice we can get. THANKS JADE!
