Supported by BBC Introducing on Radio 6 Music

Public Service Broadcasting is the brainchild of J. Willgoose, Esq. and Wrigglesworth who intelligently combine layers of drums, guitar, banjo and electronics, interlaced with samples of old public information films and propaganda material. The corduroy-clad duo’s innovative style breathes exciting new life into the electro music world.

With the aim to inform, educate and entertain through their music, it’s not surprising that they chose to release their debut album under the same name, entering the UK album charts at Number 21. And they’re certainly entertaining the team at BBC 6 Music who named the record in their Top 10 best albums of the year.

SXSW festival is just one of many dates in the band’s calendar for 2014 - they’ll be joining the Manic Street Preachers on their European tour, as well as multiple European tour dates of their own.
