Carrie Gracie talks to one of the most successful businessmen and computer whizzes in China, Tang Jun.

He was the president of Microsoft China until last year, when he moved to head up a company that he’s determined to turn into the Chinese Disney. He has been called a genius and is part of a generation that's making China a world leader online.

There are more Chinese online today than in the Communist party and China will soon outstrip the US in its use of the internet.

Tang Jun tells Carrie Gracie about his deprived childhood, his meteoric career and what it is like practising western business culture in the current Chinese political and economic climate.
