Albanian teacher Liljana Luani takes BBC's Andrew Hosken to visit one of her pupils in an isolated corner of High Albania. 13 year old Niko is under threat of death because of a family blood feud that began before he was even born. Dozens of families in the northern Shkodra region live in virtual self-imposed house arrest in fear of their lives from a centuries old tradition of taking revenge that still persists.
