The BBC has chosen 33 companies to go through to the next stage of its procurement process to find new suppliers for construction projects across its UK property portfolio.
These companies will now be invited to tender to provide leadership, design, management, commercial control and delivery of a wide range of small to medium-sized construction projects.
Framework agreements will be awarded to the successful companies.
The companies who will be invited to tender are:

The BBC will hold a bidder event for the above companies on Wednesday 9 November 2005 to outline its requirements for the next stage of the procurement process.
The BBC's construction projects procurement process was announced on 31 August 2005 with the publication of two OJEU notices, and follows the restructuring of the BBC/Land Securities Trillium (LST) property partnership, announced on 12 May 2005.
Under this restructuring the BBC and LST are refocusing their relationship onto their joint property developments and LST will no longer provide routine construction services to the BBC.
