BBC Television's flagship pop music programme Top Of The Pops will move to its new home on BBC TWO on Sunday 17 July at 7.00pm.

Fearne Cotton will present the live 35-minute show alongside a changing line-up of special guest co-presenters, initially including Phill Jupitus, Jeremy Clarkson, Mark Lamarr, The Osbournes and Reggie Yates.

Fearne and Phill Jupitus will host the first BBC TWO Top Of The Pops show on Sunday 17 July.

Combining the best of Top Of The Pops with elements of Top Of The Pops 2, the new extended Top Of The Pops format will feature both the latest bands and exclusive performances alongside favourite archive performances to appeal to a diverse audience of music lovers.

Top Of The Pops will retain the familiar theme tune, logo and set design as it transfers to BBC TWO and in time honoured tradition the show will end with the all important chart countdown.

Roly Keating, Controller of BBC TWO, says: "I'm looking forward to seeing Top Of The Pops in its new home on BBC TWO.

"I think it marks an exciting new era for the show, which will see it reaffirming its position as the definitive show for pop music lovers of every generation.

"Top of the Pops will be working more closely with Radio 1, continuing to add to our portfolio of great music and performance programmes - from Later with Jools Holland to Glastonbury - making it a natural member of the BBC TWO music family."
