BBC Prime

 

BBC Worldwide broadcasts BBC entertainment, factual, comedy and children's programming to more than 100 countries through BBC Prime, which in Sub-Saharan Africa is the most watched international channel.

 

This July, BBC Prime hosts a special week of Africa programming - including live simulcasts from BBC ONE to millions of viewers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

 

It will première The Girl in the Café across Africa with a live BBC ONE simulcast.

 

BBC Prime will also simulcast programmes including Elephant Diaries and Strictly African Dancing across Europe and the Middle East.

 

BBC World

 

Throughout July, BBC World will present a provocative range of programming to its 270 million viewers worldwide - challenging preconceptions about the vast African continent and offering fascinating insights into the lives and culture of some of its 700 million people.
