Bolton listeners are invited to join the biggest ever discussion on the National Lottery in the run up to its 10 year anniversary.

It is your chance to sound off on whether the lottery has helped grassroots sport when BBC Radio Five Live broadcasts live from Bolton next week.

Five Live presenter Mark Saggers will chair a discussion at the Bolton Lads and Girls club at 18 Spa Street.

Joining the discussion will be

Steve Parry, who won Olympic bronze for Britain in Athens this summer;

Duncan Goodhew, swimming Olympic Gold medal winner;

Alison Williamson, who took Olympic Bronze in the archery.

We'll be asking whether the money goes to the right places?

And assessing how much impact it has had in producing gold medallists and sports stars of the future.

And is enough money spent in your area to help you and your children enjoy sport?

If you would like to take part in this event in Bolton on 11 November 2004 call the ticket hotline 08700 100 500 for details.

Sport on Five, 7.00-10.00pm, with the discussion on air at 8.00pm, live from Bolton Lads and Girls club, Thursday 11 November 2004.

BBC Radio Five Live, on 909 & 693 AM, on digital and online.
