HARDtalk
with Martin Sixsmith, former senior civil servant
On
BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight (Tuesday 28 October) Tim Sebastian
talks to Martin Sixsmith, former senior civil servant.
The
Government has been criticised for its use of spin and the media.
Last
year, a senior Government minister was forced to resign after a
row erupted between his political adviser and Martin Sixsmith, a
senior civil servant in his department.
The
issue of spin was seen to be at the centre of the controversy.
Tim
Sebastian talks to Martin Sixsmith about his role in that affair
and asks him how damaged the Blair Government is now.
HARDtalk
is on BBC News 24 at 11.30pm.
All the
BBC's digital services are now available on Freeview,
