HARDtalk with DeAnne Julius

DeAnne Julius, former member of the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee, is interviewed by Lyse Doucet on BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight.

She is a passionate advocate of capitalism. She believes it is the most efficient means of wealth creation in that it provides huge incentives for people to work and encourages a strong, flexible labour market.

But hasn't capitalism created as many losers as winners?

DeAnne Julius talks to Lyse Doucet on BBC News 24's HARDtalk at 11.30pm today (Tuesday 14 October 2003).
