On
BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight (Wednesday 19 March 2003) Tim Sebastian
interviews Nancy Soderberg, former US Ambassador to the UN.
President
Bush seems almost certain to send US troops to war in Iraq. But
what has been the cost? Relations with the UN, Europe and NATO have
all suffered.
Nancy
Soderberg held high-level posts in the White House and served as
Alternate Representative to the United Nations as a Presidential
Appointee representing the United States at the Security Council.
Does she believe President Bush is doing the right thing?
