HARDtalk: Dr Tewolde Gebre Egziabher


On BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight (Tuesday 3 December), Tim Sebastian interviews Dr Tewolde Gebre Egziabher, Head of Ethiopia's Environment Protection Agency.


Ethiopia, along with many other countries in Africa, again faces the prospect of widespread famine. But what and who are to blame?


Dr Tewolde Gebre Egziabher is the country's most senior environmental official. Tim Sebastian asks him why he thinks that the rich western countries are making the situation worse.
