'Proud to be independent' shops in Mold are displaying a giant smiley face in their windows today and handing out smiley faces to customers. The aim is for customers to then pass a smile on to other people in Mold and by the end of the day everyone will be smiling!

Robbery in Wrexham - via North Wales Police
Police are appealing for information following a robbery in Wrexham yesterday when, at 07:13am, officers were informed that a robbery had occurred at the Booker Cash and Carry on Ruabon Road where two men threatened two members of staff before running away with cash.
