So the Chief Constable of North Wales was right in his ascertion two years ago that drugs should be reclassified. His controversial opinions - in which he stated heroin users can continue to function in normal society - seems to have been endorsed this week with the publication of House of Commons Committee on Science and Technology report, Making a hash of it, which rubbishes the current classification system.
