I'm the BBC's media correspondent and this is my brief selection of what you need to know.

The Telegraph says changes to the BBC iPlayer will link it to Twitter and Facebook and programmes from rival terrestrial broadcasters.

BSkyB has attacked the changes to the BBC iPlayer, saying they need regulatory approval according to the Guardian.

The Times reports that changes to the "archaic" libel laws are being proposed in a private member's bill by Lord Lester.

Facebook's new privacy changes are explained by BBC News.

The BBC newspaper review highlights that the murders of three women working as prostitutes in Bradford appear on several of Thursday's front pages.
