When considering money spent by the UK Government on iPhone apps, the approval process involves "the Efficiency and Reform Group, which is chaired by the Minister for the Cabinet Office and the Chief Secretary to the Treasury". Surely the approval process itself isn't efficient and could do with streamlining?!
