Jeff's picks were Paidcontent, Facebook and his feedreader. Jeff didn't say which one and if you've never heard of a feedreader, it's a website or piece of software that pulls in content from all your favourite sites and blogs into one place - vastly speeding up the process of reading. If you are interested in trying out using a feedreader there's a list of them here. I use Bloglines myself though George is a virtuoso Googe Reader user.
