World Service Business News and Business Daily are heard by millions of people every week on a wide variety of different stations and frequencies.
BBC analogue short wave coverage is still extensive in Africa and Asia, while the BBC has many FM relays in North America, Europe and Australia.
In addition, new digital short wave radio sets (known as DRM) allow near FM quality reception of World Service in large parts of western Europe. This service will be extended in the next few months.
