1. The short codes 88111 and 81199 are classified by PhonePayPlus, the telephony regulator, as Premium Rate codes. The exact cost of sending a message depends on your service provider, but is typically between 10-12 pence.
2. Picture messagers and texters must obtain permission from the bill payer before contacting the BBC.
3. The BBC cannot guarantee that every text or online communication will be read or included in any programme.
4. If you send us a picture message, there is no guarantee it will be used but by doing so you give the BBC permission to publish the image online.

6. If you are contacted by the BBC, this is no guarantee that you will be asked to participate in a programme or programmes.
